Dayana Lemus is a young Guatemalan woman, authentic, passionate, and deeply committed to the well-being of others. She is currently training as a physical therapy student, a career she chose out of vocation: because she firmly believes in the power of healing not only the body, but also the soul through care, respect, and empathy. Her personal story is marked by the loss of her father, an experience that transformed her outlook on life and taught her the value of resilience, love, and gratitude. This experience inspired her to become a stronger and more compassionate woman. Dayana's dream is to develop a charitable project focused on providing therapy to children with Down syndrome living in low-income conditions. Her goal is to become a voice for them, make their needs visible, and demonstrate that inclusion is also a form of love.
